Scott Solomon grew up in Richmond, Virginia. The desire
to write nibbled at him for a number of years, until the
advent of keyboard, monitor, and mouse stared him squarely
in the face.
Now a resident of Illinois, Scott was educated at Harvard
College, the Medical College of Virginia, and Mt. Sinai
Medical Center (New York). In recent years, he has participated
in the Sewanee Writers' Conference and Champaign's Red Herring Fiction Workshop. He also serves as a tutor in Project READ, a program fostering adult literacy in east-central Illinois.
